All products shipped within Italy are sent free of charge and via standard delivery.

National Express delivery is €9,99.

International standard shipping (10-25 days) has a flat rate of €24,80.

 For faster service, 2-4 days worldwide delivery is available for €33.

Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your tracking information for pre-made items.

Custom commissions typically have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks, though some may be completed sooner. Please refer to your confirmation email for an accurate completion date.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the correct size. Please double-check your size and the right size conversion before placing an order. As specified in the terms and conditions, refunds cannot be issued for order errors, incorrect sizing, or changes of mind. If unsure of your purchase, please get in contact with me before buying.
