Refund policy

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the correct size before placing an order. Please double-check your measurements and refer to the appropriate size conversion guide before purchasing.

As specified in the Terms & Conditions, refunds cannot be issued for errors made by the customer, including incorrect sizing, order mistakes, or other issues resulting from information provided incorrectly at the time of purchase.

For all other eligible returns or exchanges, requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

How do I initiate a return or size exchange?

JISO LABO is not responsible for return or exchange shipping costs in either direction. Items must be returned in their original condition and include all original packaging.
